The personality of Mehmet Pasha Deralla in the folk songs

Abstract

In the paper: the personality of Mehmet Pasha Deralla in the folk songs, I will focus on the rhapsody songs, which are dedicated to this important personality of the Government of Vlora, which declared its full independence. The work and the engagement of the First Minister of War, Mehmet Pasha Deralla, which has remained in the memory of the people and expressed through the song, will be addressed in this paper. With a special master, the greatness, the wisdom and the courage of his personality are sculpted. Mehmet Pashë Deralla is one of the most precious figures of our national history. There are rare national personalities such as Deralla, whose size of life and work lies in historical proportions of the two most glorious periods in history of the Albanian people, that of the Albanian League of Prizren and the Declaration of Independence of Albania in Vlora.
