Development of teachers 'skills and skills in writing

Abstract

It is very important for all students to write well and without mistakes. Through the research, we collected data on students' writing skills. The purpose of the research was to measure / evaluate students' skills in writing and their improvement as a result of the offered support. Literature review, analysis of official learning programs allow us to collect data on the expected results of students in writing while the data collected from the field indicate the level of student achievement in the acquisition of writing skills. The research results showed that third-grade students face with various difficulties in writing, such as recognizing letters, writing letters, listing letters and forming sentences, using the capital letter and letter ‘’ë’’ and so on. Providing support in the form of complementary learning helps to develop and improve students' writing skills. Our hypothesis regarding the research question that complementary learning helps in acquiring students skills in writing has been proven as such. The results showed that the pupils involved in the school support program were able to achieve the development and improvement of writing skills.
