Kafeina, gjenotipet e cyp1a2 dhe rreziku i infarktit të miokardit

Infarkti i Miokardit është një nga patologjitë me rrezik për jetën. Qëllimi i këtij studimi është njohja e lidhjes mes konsumit të kafes me sëmundjet kardiovaskulare. Metodat: Studimi është realizuar duke grumbulluar informacione nga farmacitë e rrjetit të hapur në Tiranë, në Q.S.U.T. “Nënë Tereza” dhe në Durrës. Për çdo pacient u morën të dhëna mbi moshën, profesionin, përdorimin e kafesë, duhanit, pijeve energjike, aktivitetin fi zik dhe historinë familjare. Të dhënat janë përpunuar në mënyrë statistikore. Janë marrë edhe mostra - rast – kontroll për të përcaktuar në mënyrë eksperimentale lidhjen mes konsumit të kafesë, gjenotipeve të CYP1A2 me rrezikun për IM.Keywords:
