Ndërlidhja midis patologjive orale dhe sëmundjeve sistemike

Shumë sëmundje sistemime, siç janë diabeti, artriti, osteoporoza, AIDS, si dhe terapitë për sëmundjet sistemike, në mënyrë të drejtpërdrejtë ose tërthorazi, mund të komprometojnë indet e buta të kavitetit oral. Si pasojë, në kavitetin oral shfaqen lezione të ndryshme patologjike, të cilat mund të jenë të vetme ose të shoqëruara me lezione të tjera në nivelin e tegumenteve. Shpeshherë ato mund të jenë shenja paralajmëruese të patologjive sistemike ose mund të jenë pasojë e këtyre patologjive komprometuese të sistemit imunitar human. Në këtë punim janë ekzaminuar 250 pacientë, të cilët i janë nënshtruar ekzaminimeve klinike dhe analizave laboratorike për të përcaktuar llojin e lezionit dhe bashkekzistencën e tij me sëmundje sistemike të asociuara.Keywords:
