Abstract

Objektivi i kësaj trajtese është të eksplorojë bazat teorike dhe implementimin e Inteligjencës Emocionale (EI) në disiplinën e Psikologjisë duke u fokusuar në dy linja kryesore. Së pari, synohet të jepet një panoramë në kërkimin metanalitik sipas kërkimeve inovative në bazë të modelit Mayor dhe Slavory (MCET). Së dyti, do të fokusohemi në analizën e indeksit dhe të vlerave të implemetuara si në arritjet akademike e ndërpersonale, ashtu edhe në përshtatshmërisë personale dhe shoqërore të grumbulluara përmes testit MCET në studentët e ciklit të dytë, Master i Shkencave në Edukim dhe Institucionit në fushën e Psikologjisë
