Abstract

Prevalenca e çrregullimeve të të ngrënit ka ardhur duke u rritur në dekadat e fundit. Rrjedhimisht, lind nevoja për realizmin e kërkimeve shkencore për shqyrtimin e faktorëve të mundshëm që mund të kontribuojnë në shfaqjen e këtyre çrregullimeve. Hulumtime të mëparshme kanë gjetur një lidhje midis niveleve të stresit dhe sjelljeve të çrregulluara të të ngrënit. Periudha e gjimnazit mund të jetë mjaft stresuese për adoleshentët.
