Vlerësimi i stabilitetit të trajtimit të klasës së dytë të malokluzionit dentar, rishikim literature

Ky rishikim i literaturës shqyrton stabilitetin dhe efektivitetin e trajtimeve ortodontike për malokluzionin e klasës II, një problem i zakonshëm që përfshin protruzionin maksilar ose retruzionin mandibular ose mund te jene prezente te dyja njekohesisht, prek kryesisht fëmijët dhe adoleshentët. Ndërhyrjet ortodontike të hershme, trajtimet me Austro Repositioner (bite me ngritje kafshimi anterior), dhe distalizimi i harkut maksilar të ankoruar me minivida, janë disa nga opsionet e studiuara. Rezultatet tregojnë se trajtimi i hershëm mund të përmirësojë ndjeshëm overjet dhe overbite, duke ofruar stabilitet afatgjatë në shumicën e rasteve. Gjithashtu, Austro Repositioner dhe distalizimi me minivida treguan rezultate të qëndrueshme në përmirësimin e parametrave dento-skeletal veçanërisht te pacientët brakifacial dhe dolikofacial. Krahasimi i trajtimeve me dhe pa heqje të premolareve tregoi se të dyja qasjet mund të arrijnë stabilitet të ngjashëm afatgjatë. Ndërhyrjet e hershme dhe zgjedhja e metodës së trajtimit sipas nevojave individuale të pacientit janë të rëndësishme për korrigjimin afatgjatë të malokluzioneve të klasës II. Sidoqoftë, nevojiten studime të mëtejshme për të standardizuar praktikat më të efektshme të trajtimit.Downloads
