Efektet anësore të rirrezatimit në konkomitancë me kimioterapinë tek pacientët me kancer rekurent të kokë-qafës

Nga viti 2012-2015 janë ritrajtuar 20 pacientë me kancer rekurent të parezekueshëm të kokë-qafës pas një trajtimi të mëparshëm me kirurgji dhe/ose radiokimioterapi. U ritrajtuan 16 meshkuj dhe 4 femra me moshë mesatare 58 vjeç (47-75vjeç). Pacientët u paraqitën me Karnofsky Performance State 60-80%. Ata u trajtuan me radioterapi tredimensionale të hiperfraksionuar në konkomitancë me Cisplatin javore 40mg/m². Intervali mesatar midis trajtimit të parë dhe të dytë radioterapeutik ishte 25 muaj (12-59muaj). Doza e radioterapisë së parë varionte midis 50-66Gy dhe e rirrezatimit midis 30-40Gy. Gjatë ritrajtimit dhe ndjekjes së pacientëve u vlerësuan të gjitha efektet anësore.Keywords:
