Abstract

The importance of pharmaceutical legislation of a country consists in the establishment of rules, laws and other legislative acts according to which abides the work in health institutions emphasizing the pharmaceutical institutions ensues. Today’s structure of pharmaceutical legislation, as in laws for drugs, range of motion regarding the agencies of drug regulation, drug evaluation institutions, quality control among labs, drug informative centres has evolved with time.
