The aim of this study is to present an appropriate analytical method for the determination of caffeine in mountain tea, coffee and some soft drink samples. Determination of caffeine in mountain tea, coffee and some soft drink samples is an important analyzes due to the wide uses of these products in wide population (1; 2; 3).Keywords:
