Abstract

For all beer samples the main alcohol was ethanol. Beer samples produced in Albania show higher presence of three carbon alcohols. These alcohols also affect the bouquet of these beers which. The higher content of the polyphenols also have the beers that are produced in our country (6; 7; 8).
