Anomalitë e receptorit për faktorin e rritjes së epidermës (EGFR) janë të pranishme në të gjitha aspektet e procesit të karcinogjenezës: shumëfi shim qelizor, bllokim i apoptozës (vdekje qelizore e programuar), angiogjenezë dhe metastatizim. Shprehja mbi normën e EGFR është raportuar në lloje të ndryshme tumoresh, kryesisht në atë të kolonit, të qafës dhe kokës apo të mushkërive, në të cilët korrelon me rezultate klinike të dobëta. Modifi kimet e mekanizmit të aktivizimit të EGFR, që ndodh pas bashkëveprimit me ligandin e tij natyral (EGF), dhe/ose ndërhyrja në rrugët e transduksionit brendaqelizor të sinjalit të këtij receptori, vlerësohen si strategji premtuese për zhvillimin e terapive të reja dhe selektive kundër karcinomave. Në këtë kontekst, ky studim fokusohet në ekzaminimin e bashkëveprimit EGF/EGFR nëpërmjet rezonancës plasmonike të sipërfaqes (SPR) duke përdorur tre modele të ndryshme eksperimentale.Parole chiave:
