Paraqitje rasti të një pacienti mashkull 13 vjeç me malokluzion dhe profi l skeletik të klasës së III-të dhe me praninë e një kafshimi të kryqëzuar anterior dhe devijim skeletik. Malokluzioni i klasës së III-të u korrigjua me anë të një zgjeruesi të shpejtë me rrafshe posteriore (McNamara) dhe me maskën e Delaire për avancimin ortopedik të maksilës përpara.Parole chiave:
