Nëse marrim parasysh gjendjen aktuale të zhvillimit të sektorittë teknologjisë së informacionit dhe komunikimit (TIK) në Shqipëri, tranzicioni i vendit tonë drejt një shoqërie informacioni përbën me të vërtetë një sfidë. Infrastruktura kombëtarë e teknologjisë së informacionit dhe komunikimit është shtylla kryesore e një shoqërie informacioni. Në kuptimin e saj më të gjerë, ajo përfshin telekomunikacione me tela, pa tela, me satelit, rrjetë kompjuterash, sisteme transmetimi dhe komutimi, televizion digjital, një diapazon të gjerë të pajisjeve terminale, gjithashtu, programe informatike dhe aplikime, bazat e të dhënave elektronike dhe librari digjitale.Parole chiave:
