Analiza e kujtimeve të hershme si metodë për vlerësimin e diferencimin mes kategorive të ndryshme të ndryshme të çrregullimeve të ankthit

Abstract

Adler theksoi në këndvështrimin e tij se mënyra e jetesës së një individi zhvillohet shumë herët. Si rezultat, ajo filloi në një moshë të re dhe përfundoi rreth moshës gjashtë vjeç. Kur flasim për stilin e jetesës, kemi të bëjmë me një vizion të idealizuar jo vetëm se si e shohim veten, por edhe se si arrijmë të shohim botën. ER-të shihen dhe përdoren gjithashtu si një mjet në psikoterapi sepse informacioni i mbledhur prej tyre mund të na japë potencialisht perspektivën e individit për të tjerët, se si ata e shohin dhe kuptojnë botën, dhe më e rëndësishmja, se si individi e sheh jo vetëm veten ose veten, por edhe njerëzit e tjerë dhe marrëdhëniet e tyre me ta. Fokusi i këtij studimi është interpretimi dhe përdorimi i Kujtimeve të Hershme si një mjet vlerësimi në diagnostikimin psikoterapeutik për ankthin. Në kuadër të këtij studimi, ne kërkojmë të identifikojmë temat tipike të Kujtimeve të Hershme (ER) të individëve me kategori të ndryshme të çrregullimit të ankthit përmes shqyrtimit të Kujtimeve të Hershme (ER), duke shqyrtuar rishikimin e literaturës nga studime të ndryshme. Prandaj, qasja e miratuar nga kjo analizë për këtë studim do të jetë kryesisht eksploruese dhe do të synojë të ofrojë gjetje të detajuara nga një rishikim i literaturës së studimeve që janë kryer tashmë në mënyrë të ngjashme studime mbi kujtesën e hershme. Përmbajtja tematike nga situata personale kuptimplote do të vlerësohet për treguesit e mundshëm të përvojave emocionale (kategoritë që ndikojnë) dhe ngjarjet e jetës (përmbajtja dhe temat e procesit), të cilat përfaqësojnë tipare të përbashkëta të tipareve dhe çrregullimeve të ankthit klinik dhe nënklinik. Për të analizuar lidhjen e kujtimeve të hershme dhe temave të ndryshme të ankthit, studimi vendos bazën brenda teorisë kryesore të Adlers mbi ER-të.
