On Colloquial Speech and Its Lexicographical Labelling

Abstract

As it is seen from the diagram, colloquial speech is ranked amidst the standard language and regional speeches. And it means that it is under the impact of both the standard language and dialectical-regional speech. For many reasons – more and more under the impact of the standard. And thus, the circle of speakers having literary their colloquial speech, is being enlarged. Finally, it means that the lexicographical colloquial label “bised.” (= colloquial) could not
be applied quite freely.
